🔥 一、酒廠堅持以巨大嘅銅製蒸餾器進行「直火蒸餾」，以產出更濃厚及飽滿嘅酒液。
🔥 二、只用上盛嘅西班牙雪莉桶作陳釀，成本雖然高昂，但味道更醇厚。
🔥 三、採用傳統鋪地式(Dunnage)倉庫陳年，而非堆疊式 (Racked)，以準確控制溫度及濕度，減慢酒液揮發，保持品質穩定。

最後，所有Glendarclas威士忌都係非冷凝過濾及不經焦糖調色，可見酒廠對品質嘅要求絕不妥協。🥳

Since 1865, Glenfarclas is one of the very few distilleries in Scotland, that has been owned and managed by just one family. 😲 The family remain committed to the original vision; creating the finest quality Highland Single Malt whisky in the traditional Speyside way. The insistence on craftsmanship include:

🔥 1. Distilling twice in traditional direct fired stills; in order to create a rounded and full-bodied whisky.
🔥 2. Using only the finest Sherry casks; to enrich aromatic intensity and complexity.
🔥 3. Storing whisky casks in traditional dunnage warehouses with earth floors and stone walls rather than racked; for consistent temperature and humidity, which helps to reduce volatilizing of the liquid.

All Glendarclas whiskies are non-chill filtered and bottled in natural color. 🥳

聞香 On the Nose:

柑橘果醬、乾果、蜂蜜、拖肥糖、咖啡、堅果、皮革、橡木

Aromas of marmalade, dried fruits, honeycomb, toffee, freshly ground coffee, nuts and leather. Some oaky tannins

品飲 Palate:

乾果、雲里拿、烘烤香料。順滑、飽滿平衡

Dried fruits, vanilla,  toasted spice. Full-bodied, robust and balanced

餘蘊 Finish:

餘蘊集中且悠長，麥芽香氣中帶一絲黑朱古力香

Intense, long lasting, malty with hints of dark chocolate
