世上有名嘅甜酒產區除咗法國Sauternes，係南非出產嘅Vin de Constance同樣大有來頭。哩款「國寶級」甜酒擁有300多年歷史，酒莊及葡萄園位於開普敦半島，涼爽嘅氣候非常適合種植同釀造甜白酒。於18、19世紀時Constantia已深受歐洲各地歡迎；其品質表現被喻為可媲美Ch. d'Yquem及頂級 Tokaji，成為當時王室貴族推崇備至嘅甜酒。至今Vin de Constance已享譽全球，於2015年獲得Wine Spectator’s 世界百大名莊Top 10之餘，更係同年被選為英國國宴用酒，係一款極具收藏價值嘅頂級佳釀。

Vin de Constance使用100%遲收嘅Muscat de Frontignan，於法國及匈牙利橡木桶陳年3年先推出市面。酒體厚身並呈現金黃色，一開瓶就有好濃郁嘅柑橘果醬、杏脯乾、黃桃、玫瑰等香氣，隨後丁香、薑、雲里拿、黑朱克力及蜂蜜嘅甜味陣陣透出，酸度及甜度非常平衡，甜而不膩，層次感極高! 試過一次就會念念不忘!

Klein Constantia is located in the Cape Peninsula, South Africa, and has 300 years of history. Constantia's dessert wines were bought by European courts in the 18th and 19th centuries in preference to Ch. d'Yquem and Tokaji. Vin de Constance has consistently appeared in lists of the world’s top wines, including Wine Spectator's Top 10 Wine List in 2015. It is also being chosen to be served during UK state banquet in the same year.

Produced from hand harvested, shriveled Muscat de Frontignan grapes, Vin de Constance is matured in French and Hungarian oak barrels for 3 years before release. The wine is rich and dense on the palate, with aromas of stone fruits, orange marmalade, rose pedals, nuts, vanilla, wood spices and honey. It's perfectly sweet with precise and balancing acidity. Vin de Constance is definitely one of the world's greatest dessert wine.
