年產量只得6千支嘅特別版十字寶嘉龍Cuvee Colbert，佢同普通版La Croix Ducru Beaucaillou以相同團隊及方法釀成，但兩者係不同橡木桶中陳釀。酒莊選用罕有及珍貴，樹齡高達300年，高40米嘅老樹🌳特製而成嘅巨型橡木桶，並放置Cuvee Colbert於桶中陳釀18個月。於哩種木桶陳釀嘅酒單寧特別幼滑細緻，入口非常優雅可人。

開瓶後黑加倫子、布冧、野莓等香氣四溢，隨後散發紫羅蘭、咖啡、香草及泥土嘅味道，加上2015年係波爾多超級靚年，仲唔快啲掃返幾支~ 😋

Although produced by the same team as the renowned Ch. Ducru Beaucaillou, La Croix Ducru Beaucaillou is not a second wine; its grapes actually came from a different plot, located on the east side of the Chateau. While La Croix Ducru Beaucaillou's special cuvee, Cuvee Colbert, stood among the rarest wines in Bordeaux because of its extremely limited production. 🤩

Annual production for Cuvee Colbert is around 6k bottles only, and it has been aged 18 months, specifically in a rare 45 hectoliter foudre crafted from a 40-meter-high oak tree🌳 from Colbert timber, within the famous Tronçais forest. This particular ageing choice resulted in a very elegant wine with extremely refined tannins. 2015 is a classic and outstanding vintage, it opens up with cassis, warm plum and wild berries, plus hints of violets, coffee, herbs and tilled soil.
