2015年Constasera Amarone充滿紫羅蘭、布冧、藍莓、車里子、泥土等香氣，抖氣後甘草、香料味道透出，融合埋Amarone最經典嘅咖啡同朱古力香氣。酒體豐厚，酸度高但整體好平衡，而家飲又得，放多十年都無問題!

Amarone is one of the most prestigious red wine in Italy. Grapes are air dried through “Appassimento”, a process that shrivel the healthy grapes into raisins. This process concentrates sugar and flavors in the grapes, producing a distinctive and full-bodied wine well-suited to aging.  Masi, an expertise in the Amarone category has been praised by many wine critics and received numerous awards, including  Tre Bicchieri in Gambero Rosso and nominated as 100 Top wineries by  Wine & Spirits magazine.

2015 Constasera Amarone is full bodied and reveals aromas of violets, baked fruits, plum, cherries and earth. It shows balsamic, spice, licorice and cocoa after decanting. This wine is velvety with depth and structure. Very delicious now but can hold for another 10 years!
