Animo葡萄園位高海拔1200-1300米嘅Atlas Peak之上🏔️，土釀以火山岩質為主，非常適合種植Cabernet Sauvignon；哩個葡萄園所產嘅果實以往仲係提供畀膜拜酒莊Opus One所使用，可想而知品質係幾優秀! 而家Michael Mondavi則收返黎自己造酒，品質依舊出色，但售價更相宜! 🤩

2013年年產量只有1,300多箱，且剛進入適飲期，味道豐富有層次，帶甜美嘅藍莓、黑加倫子等，隨後甘草、石墨、朱古力、雲里拿、辛香料香氣四散。酒體濃厚，單寧細緻，強勁有力。😋

Michael Mondavi is known as the “quiet icon”, who widely credited with helping establish and build the Napa Valley wine industry as we know it. 🇺🇸 Michael’s career began in 1966 when he and his father Robert co-founded the Robert Mondavi Winery. He was then CEO for Opus One winery for some years, and now focusing on his family project - Michael Mondavi.💯

The Animo vineyard is situated in Atlas Peak and rises from an elevation of 1200-1300 feet. 🏔️ Atlas Peak's stony, volcanic terroir supplies structured, quality Cabernet Sauvignon. In the past, the Mondavi family sold fruits from the Animo vineyard to Opus One. 🤩

Only 1,390 cases made, vintage 2013 is a powerful wine and has reached its drinking window. Revealing a sweet nose of blueberry, cassis, intermixed with licorice, lead pencil shavings, cocoa, vanilla and spices. Full bodied, pure, rich and impressive. 😋
