R. Lopez Heredia Vina Tondonia作為Rioja最古老酒莊之一，至今日沿用1877年創廠時嘅釀酒方式，以尊重大自然🌼，不添花俏技術，並將葡萄最原本、純粹嘅品質帶畀飲家。酒莊一大特色係裝瓶後會先陳放一段長時間，刻意令酒適量氧化，到達適飲時再推出市場，令Vino Tondonia嘅酒充滿魅力。😍

酒莊所擁有嘅葡萄園當中，最頂尖為佔地100公頃，位於海拔450米嘅Vina Tondonia，其中收成全用作釀造同名嘅旗艦酒。🎖️ 雖然標示為"Reserva"，其實陳放咗6年先推出，遠超過法定嘅3年! 而且用上幾種西班牙原生葡萄，果味豐富、深邃有層次；融合埋氧化後所產生嘅茶葉、藥材、煙草、皮革香氣，絲滑口感加上中等酒體，充份反映傳統派 Rioja Red應有嘅特色。😋

R. Lopez Heredia Vina Tondonia, one of the oldest wineries in Rioja, has been run by the same family since its origins. Established in 1877, same wine making techniques have been used since. 🌼 Phenomenal wines are produced from persistence, which many wine critics, including Neal Martin praised Vina Tondonia wines. 😍

The estate's flagship wine - Vina Tondonia is made solely from the beautiful vineyard with the same name🎖️; with over 100 hectares and situated at altitude over 450m, Tempranillo, Grenache and some other native Spanish vines are planted. Despite legally a reserva wine only needs 3 years of ageing, Vina Tondonia Reserva spent six years in barrique and bottle age. Medium bodied with fine tannins, attractive red fruits incorporated with tertiary aromas of tea leafs, cedar, tobacco and leather. A typical Rioja red that will last for decades. 😋
