One of the few Champagne houses owned and managed by the family whose name is on the label, Taittinger is great value for money Champagne. The hallmark of Taittinger Champagnes is the high percentage of Chardonnay, delivering elegance and finesse on the nose and palate. 😋

It is unusual for a non-vintage blend to use such high proportion of Chardonnay (approximately 40 %). Perfectly matured grapes are harvested from over 35 different vineyards, and is matured in cellars for minimum 3 years before release. Very open and expressive on the nose with aromas of green apples, brioche, peaches🍑, white blossom, honey and vanilla pod. The entry onto the palate is lively with fresh acidity and in total harmony. It is an excellent champagne, suitable for any occasion. 🥂
