知多係一款創新同風格柔和嘅威士忌；陳年時除咗使用一般嘅美國橡木桶，更用埋紅酒桶同西班牙橡木桶，調製出風味豐富、複雜嘅威士忌。而且知多原料並非發芽大麥，蒸餾過程中無需使用泥煤作烘烤，所以飲落無乜泥煤味。取而代之係水果同香料嘅香甜；聞落有雲里拿、橙皮、蜜糖同荳蔻，後段仲有白花香，口感輕盈細緻。知多飲落好清新，啱哂要黎整Highball或其他調酒!
Other than American oak casks, Chita Single Grain Whisky was also aged in wine cask and Spanish oak casks, creating depth of flavours and great complexity. It is a mild grain whisky without much peat. It shows citrus, vanilla, honey and nutmeg on the nose, with a touch of blossom. The palate is smooth and refreshing, with a medium finish. Chita Single Grain can be used to create some nice chilled highball, or simply enjoy it on neat.
