今日介紹嘅Domini Veneti係由區內多個酒商及酒農以合作社形式創出嘅品牌，佢地亦係以產出最高質素嘅Amarone而聞名。Pruviniano系列精選來自Marano Valley，Prognol村嘅葡萄，葡萄園位於海拔200-250米，向南斜坡之上。哩個系列嘅Amarone行優雅路線，平衡感極高。😋

2016年帶濃郁黑莓、車里子等乾果香、咖啡及朱古力香氣四溢，最後以意大利陳醋、豆蔻、胡椒香氣收結，味道久久不散，陳年後層次一定更豐富! 🙌🏻

The wine co-operative Cantina Valpolicella Negrar has launched "Domini Veneti" in 1989, a special label that used for wines produced from the best vineyard sites. They are particularly known for exceptional Valpolicalla Classico and Amarone wines. 👍🏻

Domini Veneti continues its journey of discovery and characterisation of the terroirs with Amarone, and the Pruviniano Collection was created. This collection was to enhance the wines made with grapes grown in the valley of Marano. Vineyards are located at 200-250m altitude with good southeast exposure, which gave rise to elegant and balanced Amarones. 😋

2016 shows great intensity of dried plum and berries, with a range of sweet spice, nutmeg, balsamic, chocolate and coffee. It finishes smooth and peppery, with excellent longevity. 🙌🏻
