She took us from north to south across the Côte d'Or, using direct terroir comparison to unlock six iconic villages.

從北到南：金丘的風土交響曲 / From North to South: A Côte d'Or Terroir Symphony

布爾岡紅酒幾乎等於 Pinot Noir，但真正決定酒嘅個性嘅，係每一條村、每一塊田嘅風土。Côte d'Or 被形容為「風土馬賽克」：土壤、斜坡方向、微氣候，全部加埋就構成唔同村莊嘅 signature。

Red Burgundy is almost synonymous with Pinot Noir. But what truly defines each bottle is terroir—the village, the climat, the soil, the exposure. The Côte d'Or is a mosaic of climats; these differences create each village's signature.

1. Domaine Claude Dugat La Gibryotte · Gevrey-Chambertin

最北一站，直接感受「力量」嘅定義。黑櫻桃、黑加侖子、森林地表、香料同礦物鹹鮮一齊湧出；單寧厚實，架構寬大，充滿肌肉感卻不失深度。

The northernmost stop defines 'power.' Black cherry, cassis, forest floor, spice and mineral salinity come together; the tannins are firm and the frame is broad—muscular yet deep.

2. Domaine Amiot · Morey-Saint-Denis

呢條村位處北面力量與南面絲滑之間，常被叫做「隱藏村」。呢款既有力量又有花香：紅莓、香料、濕石頭，線條比大區酒更幼細，尾段帶一點點甘草。

This often-overlooked village sits between muscular northern neighbours and the silky village to the south. This wine balances power with floral lift: red berries, spice, wet stones, finer lines and a hint of liquorice.

3. Domaine Laurent Roumier · Chambolle-Musigny

呢個村莊係最「空靈」嘅代表之一。呢支酒散發紫羅蘭、覆盆子同玫瑰花瓣香氣，口感如絲絨，單寧幼細得幾乎透明，餘韻帶一點紅茶同礦物張力。

This village is one of Burgundy's most ethereal beauties. The wine is all violet, raspberry and rose petal; the texture is silken, the tannins almost transparent, with black tea and mineral tension on the finish.

4. Domaine Jacques Cacheux · Vosne-Romanée

呢條村被譽為「優雅天花板」。呢支酒帶紅櫻桃、香料、肉桂同淡淡泥土香氣；單寧圓潤，口感絲滑，貴氣得嚟好平衡。

This village is often called the elegance ceiling of Burgundy. The wine shows red cherry, spice, cinnamon and a whisper of soil; the tannins are supple and the finish silkily composed.

5. Domaine Fabien Coche · Pommard

離開 Côte de Nuits 進入 Côte de Beaune，呢個村莊嘅形象係結實、粗獷、帶土壤氣味。呢支酒帶黑車厘子、煙燻、皮革同甘草，單寧有力，適合配濃味菜式。

Moving into the Côte de Beaune, this village is robust and earthy. The wine offers black cherry, smoke, leather and liquorice, with assertive tannins that love hearty food.

6. Domaine Nicolas Rossignol · Volnay

呢條村同北面酒村只有一村之隔，風格卻反轉：呢度係幼細、花香、絲絨質感。呢支酒散發紅櫻桃、玫瑰、紫羅蘭同香料，酸度明亮，單寧如粉末般細滑。

This village lies just south of its robust neighbour but feels like the mirror image: delicate, floral, velvety. The wine shows red cherry, rose, violet and spice, with bright acidity and powder-fine tannins.
