Tasting note: Deep ruby with a lift of purple at the rim. The nose opens to dense black fruit—black cherry and blackberry—woven with cracked black pepper, dried garrigue herbs and a touch of cured meat and leather. On the palate the wine is generous and concentrated: plush dark fruit arrives first, then a warm wave of spice and mineral lift. Tannins are ripe and structured, framing the fruit and carrying a long, slightly savory finish.
