1996 Chateau Leoville Poyferre

1996年嘅波菲（Leoville Poyferre），終於飲得啦！呢支聖祖利安二級莊，經過三十年陳年，而家啱啱好狀態。酒色係深紅寶石，聞落去有雪松、黑加侖子果醬、煙燻同松露香氣。入口非常圓潤順滑，單寧成熟得嚟有質感，黑色水果、甘草同泥土味道一層層咁展開。餘韻超長，仲帶少少礦物感。酒莊用80公頃葡萄園，平均藤齡38年，全新法國橡木桶陳釀18個月，手工揀選再加光學分選，釀酒師團隊係超班嘅。呢個年份係波菲經典之作，而家飲或者再擺多十年都得，但開瓶最好抖半個鐘，等佢透氣，味道更出眾。

The 1996 Chateau Leoville Poyferre is a masterpiece of Saint-Julien, now entering its glorious mature phase. A saturated ruby-garnet hue leads to a captivating bouquet of cedar, blackcurrant jam, truffles, and subtle smoke. On the palate, it’s medium to full-bodied with velvety tannins and a core of sweet dark fruits, licorice, and earth. The finish is long and elegant, with a refined mineral edge. This is a wine of power and finesse, perfectly balanced and drinking beautifully today.
