2022 Chateau Lynch Bages

品嚐筆記:酒色深寶石紅帶紫邊,香氣以濃郁黑色果實為主軸:黑加侖、黑莓與李子,伴隨紫羅蘭、礦物、煙草與一抹薄荷清氣。入口厚實飽滿,酸度鮮明,單寧結構緊緻有力,口感像絲絨般但帶嚼勁,尾韻悠長且帶礦質與微鹹的餘味。

酒莊與田地:靚次伯為波爾多經典的五級莊,現由JM Cazes家族經營,葡萄園座落在吉倫河河口的加隆砾石土壤,排水優良、礦物風味明顯。採收全以手工分級挑選,追求成熟與純淨的果實。

釀造工藝:傳統作法,採用重力流與恆溫不鏽鋼槽精控發酵,壓榨與浸皮兼顧提取與優雅。之後以法國橡木桶熟成約十八個月,橡木為酒體提供香料與結構支撐但不掩蓋果味。

飲用建議:這版年輕時單寧較厚,若當下開瓶建議醒酒2至3小時,配烤牛排、燒烤或成熟硬質乾酪最對味;也非常適合長期陳藏,越陳越顯層次。


Tasting Note: Deep garnet with purple hues, this Pauillac opens with concentrated dark-fruit aromas — cassis, blackberry and plum — layered with violets, graphite, tobacco leaf and a cool minty note. On the palate it is full-bodied, densely textured and powerful: vibrant acidity cuts through ripe black fruit while assertive, well-structured tannins provide backbone and longevity. The finish is long, mineral and savory.

Producer & Vineyard: From the 5ème Grand Cru Classé estate in Pauillac, owned by Famille J.M. Cazes, the vineyards sit on classic Garonne gravel which gives firm structure and mineral drive. Harvest is hand-picked and rigorously sorted across the estate's top parcels.

Winemaking & Ageing: Traditional winemaking with gravity-fed, thermoregulated steel vats and careful extraction. Maturation in French oak follows — roughly 18 months — contributing spice, fine toast and support without overwhelming the core fruit.

Service & Cellaring: Built for age but approachable after significant decanting; decant 2–3 hours if enjoying young. Drinking window indicates long-term potential; excellent for medium- to long-term cellaring. Pairs beautifully with grilled or roasted red meat and mature cheeses.
