品飲筆記:1963 年的滴隆雅文邑,層次豐富,先以乾果、蜜餞橙皮和香草打開,隨之而來的是烘烤橡木、辛香與微微皮革、雪茄般的煙草氣息。入口圓潤溫暖,焦糖與烤堅果的風味伴隨細緻油滑的口感,尾韻綿長悠遠。 酒莊與田間:Delord 家族自 1893 年起以流動蒸餾起家,現址在 Lannepax 的家族酒莊仍保有手工與傳統精神。經營約 45 公頃分散田塊,田間管理細心,注重葡萄成熟與健康,為蒸餾提供理想的基酒。 釀造與陳年:葡萄在蒸餾地點附近壓榨與發酵,為了達到理想蒸餾條件,母酒通常偏酸且酒精度不高。酒廠同時使用地區傳統的連續蒸餾與雙次蒸餾法,蒸餾後長期置於橡木桶與玻璃大瓶(bonbonnes)中熟成,暗室陳年讓香氣更沉穩複雜。 建議品法:開瓶後建議靜置約 15 分鐘讓香氣舒展,以郁金香杯細品,能更好感受這支老年份的層次與悠長尾韻。適合慢慢品嚐、與好友或在特別時刻共享。

Tasting note: Rich, deeply aromatic Armagnac from 1963 with layers of dried stone fruit, candied orange peel, warm vanilla, baking spice and toasted oak. Leather and tobacco notes emerge with air, while a silky, warming palate carries flavours of caramel, roasted nuts and subtle orange zest to a very long, resonant finish. Producer notes: Delord’s story began in 1893 with Prosper Delord, a travelling distiller. The family estate in Lannepax remains hands-on and traditional, preserving both continuous and double distillation techniques to coax out great aromatic complexity. Cellars contain over a thousand barrels plus glass bonbonnes where the oldest eaux-de-vie rest in near darkness. Winemaking & distillation: Grapes are harvested, pressed and vinified nearby the distillery; wines are kept deliberately low in alcohol and gently acidic to suit winter distillation. Delord practices both the regional continuous distillation and selective double distillation, then ages the spirit patiently in oak barrels and tanks, with long cellar ageing to develop nuance. Vineyard & ageing: The family manages about 45 hectares around Lannepax across several parcels, with careful year-round viticultural attention. Extended maturation in oak and protected storage — including the famed ‘Paradise’ room of bonbonnes — gives this vintage its polished oak influence and exceptionally long finish. Best enjoyed slightly opened (allow ~15 minutes breathing) in a tulip glass at cellar-to-room temperature.

Delord is a family-run Armagnac house founded in 1893. Based in Lannepax, the estate combines traditional know-how with meticulous vineyard care across about 45 hectares. Delord uniquely employs both continuous and double distillation, aging eaux-de-vie in a mix of oak barrels and glass bonbonnes in long cellars to build complexity and depth.
