品飲筆記:這支酒香氣優雅,先以紅櫻桃、覆盆子和草莓的果香打開,伴著玫瑰與紫羅蘭的花香,底層帶些香料與森林地表的泥土氣息。口感柔順像絲,酸度清爽提起整體線條,單寧細緻不粗糙,中等酒體但味道集中,尾韻延展出礦物與紅果的回味。 酒莊與田地:橋治李耶(Domaine Georges Lignier & Fils)為家族小酒莊,注重小產量與分地管理,力求呈現每一塊田的風土個性。葡萄園位於香波木西尼小丘,石灰與黏土交錯、排水良好,晝夜溫差帶來清新的酸度與香氣。 釀造風格:採用傳統勃艮第做法,人工採收,嚴格篩選,發酵與提取以溫和為主,為保留香氣與細緻口感。酒款於法國橡木桶中熟成(約一年半),新桶比例克制,使木質感與果味均衡融合。 配餐建議:鴨肉、野味、菌菇類或溫和的陳年乳酪都是很自然的搭配。若當下飲用,建議醒45分鐘左右,能讓風味層次更顯。

Tasting note: Bright, perfumed and refined — the nose opens with red cherry, raspberry and delicate floral notes of rose and violet, edged by spice and a faint forest-floor earthiness. The palate is silk-textured with lively, fresh acidity, fine-grained tannins and a medium body that carries persistent red-fruit and stony mineral notes through a long, elegant finish. Producer notes: From the family-run Domaine Georges Lignier & Fils, this Chambolle-Musigny expresses the village’s famed finesse and perfume. The domaine focuses on low yields and parcel selection to showcase terroir clarity and balance. Winemaking notes: Traditionally vinified in the Burgundian style with careful, gentle extraction to preserve aromatic lift and finesse. The wine is matured in French oak barrels for roughly a year to 18 months with a modest proportion of new wood, producing subtle toast and integrated structure. Vineyard notes: Sourced from hillside parcels in Chambolle-Musigny with well-drained limestone-clay soils, cool nights and good sun exposure. Vines are managed for balance and concentration, favouring hand-harvesting and selection at picking to ensure purity of fruit. Cellaring & serving: Drinking window c.2022–2036. Best enjoyed slightly decanted (about 45 minutes) if drinking now to reveal layers of aroma and texture. Serve at around 15–17°C.
