Bright, pale-gold Extra Brut from a careful Champagne producer. On the nose: citrus zest, green orchard fruit and delicate brioche with a hint of toasted almond. The palate is driven by crisp, saline acidity and a fine, persistent mousse; textured and subtly creamy from extended lees contact, finishing dry with citrus-tinged length. Producer notes point to artisanal, terroir-focused methods and traditional bottle fermentation. Vinification follows the classic méthode traditionnelle with secondary fermentation in-bottle and extended lees ageing to build texture and aromatic complexity. Vineyards are worked with attention to detail in cool-climate sites with mineral-rich soils, aiming for healthy, ripe fruit and expressive purity.
