Tasting note

來自瓦爾德奧拉斯東側單一園的清晰力作,2024 年款散發出礦物與海風感。香氣有檸檬皮的鹹香、帶些乾蘋果與白色果實的成熟感,並有細緻的火石氣息。口感介於中等偏飽滿,酸度有精神、結構分明,帶一抹鹹味與風乾果的鮮味,尾韻乾淨而持久。酒體雖有柔和的乳脂感,但不蓋過礦物與果實的線條。 釀酒與田地:酒莊由 Virgen del Galir 操作、隸屬 CVNE 旗下,從單一 Pago 產區手工採收,葡萄種植在片狀片岩(schist)土壤,日夜溫差大、受大西洋影響,保留了良好的酸度與清爽感。釀造上以不搶戲的方式發酵,主力在不鏽鋼槽控制純淨度,並保留少量細膩的酒泥接觸增加口感層次。整體風格直率、礦感明顯,特別適合想要感受田地表現與鮮明海鮮相性的人。

A single-vineyard expression from the eastern slopes of Valdeorras, this 2024 release is crystalline and purposeful. The nose opens with salted lemon, dried apple and green stone-fruit aromas, underpinned by a flinty, mineral thread. On the palate it is medium-to-full-bodied, tight and savory — saline streaks and a focused acidity give the wine an energetic, delineated profile, while a subtle lees-derived creaminess rounds the texture without obscuring its precision. The grapes come from schist soils and reflect Atlantic-influenced freshness with a concentrated, almost stony presence. Producer notes: Made by Virgen del Galir (under CVNE ownership), the wine is drawn from a single 'Pago' site, carefully tended and harvested to capture site character. Fermentation is handled with restraint to preserve purity of fruit and minerality, with some contact on fine lees to add texture. Winemaking & vineyard notes: Low yields from old bush vines on schist lend concentration; cooler nights preserve acidity and aromatic lift. Indigenous and controlled fermentations in stainless vessels (with selected lees aging) emphasize clarity and a saline finish. Drink now through the short drinking window for primary freshness, or cellar briefly to see small gains in integration.
