Kah 日落骷髏 Añejo 來自哈利斯科,瓶身充滿墨西哥亡靈節的手繪精神,酒體則是溫潤、帶暖意的橡木風味。聞香有香草、焦糖和烤椰子的甜香,接著是蜜餞、肉桂與微微煙燻的層次。入口飽滿且圓潤,初段語感偏甜的木質與蜂蜜,後段帶出香料與苦甜巧克力尾韻,收結綿長。生產上由經驗豐富的 jimadores 在哈利斯科田地採收成熟的龍舌蘆薈心(agave),以傳統方式烹煮、發酵並低溫雙蒸,再在橡木桶中熟成以取得柔和質地。口感方面,適合直接小口慢飲,或先靜置十來分鐘讓香氣舒展;搭配煙燻或辛香料理、黑巧克力與熟成起司效果極佳。語氣輕鬆:這瓶既有故事也有實力,適合喜歡甜香與木質層次感的朋友。

Kah Tequila Añejo is a handcrafted, Día de los Muertos–inspired añejo from Jalisco that marries rich oak ageing with the punch of estate-grown agave. Aromas open with warm vanilla, caramelised sugar and toasted coconut, followed by layers of dried fruit, baking spice and a gentle smoky note. On the palate it’s full-bodied and silky — sweet oak and honeyed tones lead into silky mid-palate spice and a long, toasted finish with lingering dark chocolate and cinnamon. Producer notes: Kah is renowned for its artful, hand-painted bottles and a commitment to traditional agave harvesting by jimadores. Winemaking notes: cooked agave hearts are fermented and double-distilled, then matured in oak barrels to develop complexity and rounded texture. Vineyard (field) notes: agave sourced from Jalisco fields, grown in mineral-rich soils and harvested at maturity, giving ripe, concentrated flavors. Serve neat or after a short rest in a glass to let the oak aromatics open; pairs beautifully with rich, smoky dishes and dark chocolate desserts.
