品飲筆記:酒液深紫,香氣以黑莓、黑醋栗與深色熟果為主,伴隨黑巧克力與咖啡的暖調,再有雪松、菸草與微煙燻香,層次豐富。口感飽滿、肉感十足,單寧厚實但被打磨得圓潤,酸度支撐整體結構,尾韻綿長。 酒莊與生產:這瓶來自波雅克二級名莊,2006 年起新管理階層強化分級與選果,該年份僅將最優質的一小部分裝入酒莊旗艦。釀造上採用重力流工法,輕柔處理汁液與果渣,經嚴格篩選後混合壓榨酒以補強結構。 陳年與橡木:在橡木桶中熟成約 15 個月,為果實添上香草與烘烤的橡木香,而非掩蓋其天然果味。 葡萄園環境:葡萄園座落於砾石高地之上,底層黏土與良好排水促成濃縮風味與穩定成熟,同時受河口與大西洋微氣候護佑,保有鮮明酸度與優雅礦感。 飲用建議:建議醒酒 60–120 分鐘,現在醒後即可享受風味,也非常具備陳年潛力。
Tasting note: Deep, dense purple in the glass with an aromatic mix of blackcurrant and dark cherry layered over cocoa, coffee, cedar and a hint of smoke and violet. On the palate it is plush and savory, richly textured and full-bodied, with polished yet firm tannins, bright supporting acidity and a long, layered finish. Producer notes: A classified 2ème Grand Cru Classé from Pauillac, the estate underwent tighter selection under new ownership in 2006. Only a fraction of the harvest made the grand vin that year, reflecting a focus on concentration and quality. Winemaking: The team employed a gravity-flow approach from reception to barrel. After fermentation the free-run juice is separated and the press wines carefully integrated to build structure. The wine was matured for around 15 months in oak, resulting in toasted spice and cedar framing the fruit. Vineyard: Planted on Médoc gravel rises above clay subsoils, the estate’s vines benefit from very well-draining soils and a protective microclimate. These conditions encourage concentrated ripeness while preserving freshness and structure. Cellar guidance: Still ageworthy — decant for 60–120 minutes to show best now, and will continue to evolve over the next decade-plus.
