品飲筆記:2016 年的碧尚拉龍女爵展現深沉而優雅的黑色果實輪廓,黑醋栗與黑莓為主軸,花香(紫羅蘭、淡淡玫瑰)撐起前段,隨後浮現鐵感、石墨與煙草的慕斯般餘韻。口感飽滿有層次,單寧絲綢般包覆,酸度清爽提亮整體線條,尾段綿長且越嚼越開。 酒莊與產區:作為二級列級酒莊,碧尚拉龍女爵享有悠久歷史與穩健釀造哲學。酒莊由家族監督管理,注重園區細節與傳承的風格,使酒款在雄渾與優雅間取得平衡。 釀造小記:酒廠採用重力流(gravity-flow)工法,從接穗到入桶盡量減少機械干預,保留果實的純淨與細緻。發酵後分離「自由流出汁」與壓榨汁,經嚴格篩選與比例搭配,再在橡木桶中熟成約19個月,讓木質香與香料感自然融入,而不掩蓋果味。 葡萄園環境:葡萄園位於梅多克的礫石崗地,底層黏土提供儲水能力,表層排水良好,迫使根系向下尋找養分,使果實更集中,風土特徵鮮明;靠近吉倫德河的海岸性微氣候也幫助穩定成熟度。 建議醒酒與搭配:建議醒酒約1小時以上,讓香氣完全打開。適合搭配烤牛排、帶骨肋眼、野味或成熟硬質起司,亦適合放入酒窖進行長期陳放。

Tasting note: Rich and powerful yet refined, the 2016 Pichon Comtesse reveals concentrated blackcurrant and blackberry layers lifted by violet and floral notes. Hints of graphite, iron and tobacco add savoury complexity while cedar and gentle spice frame the palate. On the palate it is dense and layered — polished, cashmere-like tannins support ripe dark fruit and a vibrant line of acidity, building to a very long, seamless finish. Producer notes: A Deuxième Grand Cru Classé with a proud lineage, Pichon Comtesse is managed under the stewardship of the Comtesse’s estate and owner May Eliane de Lencquesaing. The 2016 is widely considered a landmark vintage for the property, showing both power and the classic elegance that defines the house style. Winemaking notes: The team employed a gravity-flow approach from reception to barrel, preserving finesse during extraction. After careful selection the free-run and press fractions were blended to balance silkier tannins with structural press wines. Maturation took place for 19 months in oak, adding subtle spice and fine wood texture without overwhelming the fruit. Vineyard notes: Vineyards sit on Médoc gravel rises over a clay subsoil — light, well-drained soils that force vines to root deep and concentrate flavours. The proximity to the Gironde Estuary provides a moderating microclimate that promotes even ripening and the terroir’s mineral imprint. Cellaring & service: Showing great ageing potential, the 2016 will reward mid- to long-term cellaring. For current drinking decant for about 1–1.5 hours to reveal aromatics and soften youthful tannins. Superb with grilled or roasted red meats and mature cheeses.
