第一次打開就能感到那種厚實又有條理的力量:深寶石紫,黑加侖、黑莓和熟梅交錯,還有甘草、煙燻和一絲雪茄盒的木質。入口飽滿、果實濃郁但不膩,單寧結構緊緻且磨得細,酸度夠用來撐起整體,收結為帶鹹礦感的長韻。建議醒酒1–2小時,餐桌上會慢慢打開更多香氣。

Winemaker's & Vineyard Notes: Clos Fourtet sits high on Saint-Émilion’s limestone plateau. Hand-picked fruit is fermented as whole berries in small stainless tanks with soft manual extraction; malolactic in barrel and about 18 months aging in oak (varying % new oak by vintage) to refine texture without masking the site.
Sommelier's Notes: Deep purple colour; an aristocratic nose of blackcurrant, blackberry confit, plum, turned leather and subtle smoke. On the palate it is broad and mouthfilling—dense dark fruit layered with licorice, cedar and savory spice, framed by firm yet fine-grained tannins and a saline, persistent finish. Despite its power it remains balanced and elegant.
