A richly layered 21-year-old single malt from Benrinnes, this 2024 release opens with lush red and black fruits — apple pie, strawberry jam, plum and morello cherry — lifted by vanilla toffee and a hint of graphite. The palate is broad and mouth-coating, showing cherry, bramble and raspberry sauce backed by a peak of warming spice and a floral, Turkish‑delight note. Matured for two decades in seasoned casks chosen for balance, it retains Benrinnes’ characteristic muscular depth while remaining approachable and fruit-driven. Ideal for sipping neat or with a few drops of water to reveal further layers.
