Glenmorangie Signet Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Signet 出自格蘭傑（Glenmorangie）酒廠的創意傑作，靈感源於創酒總監 Dr. Bill 一杯濃郁的藍山咖啡。酒廠以一年僅製一次的「巧克力麥芽」為基底，在高頸蒸餾器中蒸餾出帶有濃烈烘焙與咖啡香的基酒，再以波本桶、雪莉桶與新燒焦美國橡木桶陳年調和。送入口時先是濃厚的摩卡與濕潤黑巧克力，接著是焦糖、烤榛果與一抹甜橙皮，口感圓潤綿密，辛香（肉桂、丁香）在尾韻慢慢擴散，溫暖而持久。從田地到蒸餾，格蘭傑重視原料來源：高品質麥田、清冽高地水源與精細橡木桶，造就這支適合慢飲、細細品味的威士忌。輕鬆喝法：常溫單飲或稍微在杯中醒 15–30 分鐘，香氣會更豐富。

Glenmorangie Signet is an audacious Highland single malt conceived by Dr. Bill Lumsden after an encounter with intense Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee. Built around a rare ‘chocolate’ malt spirit distilled in Glenmorangie’s very tall stills, Signet is then married with select bourbon, sherry and virgin American oak casks. The result is a deep, espresso-driven nose of mocha, dark chocolate, dark toffee, crystallised orange and rich fruit cake. On the palate it’s luxuriously full — bitter mocha and dark chocolate give way to toasted hazelnut, mellow butterscotch and a warm swirl of cinnamon and clove. Long, layered and warming, the finish leaves notes of cappuccino, amaretto and chocolate-coated raisins. Best enjoyed neat or with a short rest in the glass to open its aromatic profile.
