釀造與陳年工藝：以傳統銅製蒸餾器蒸餾，16年橡木桶長期熟成；針對風味選用歐洲與美國橡木（包含雪莉用桶），讓乾果、香草與木質香與島嶼泥煤和諧共鳴。

田地與環境：大麥來自北方田地，經過海風與苔蘚泥炭的影響，形成特有的「海島泥煤感」。喝時建議先靜置約15分鐘，讓香氣慢慢開放；搭配煙燻魚、烤羊肉或黑巧克力最能凸顯層次。語氣輕鬆：這是一瓶會讓你想坐在海邊慢慢品的威士忌，帶點北國陽光與暖意。

Tasting note: On the nose this 16-year-old presents a warm, layered bouquet of heather peat and coastal salinity, interwoven with honeyed malt, orange marmalade and a dusting of cinnamon and dark chocolate. The palate is richly textured — soft sweetness up front, drying oak spice mid-palate and a persistent smoky, maritime warmth that lingers long after the last sip.

Producer notes: A special edition conceived in collaboration with chef Björn Frantzén, this release celebrates Highland Park’s Orkney heritage. Produced by Highland Park under The Edrington Group, with Gordon Motion overseeing quality, it balances the distillery’s signature gentle peat with refined maturation.

Distillation & maturation notes: Distilled in traditional copper pot stills and matured for 16 years in a combination of European and American oak casks, including sherry-seasoned casks. The careful cask selection adds layers of dried fruit, vanilla and gentle tannic structure without overpowering the island character.

Vineyard / island notes: Born of Orkney’s winds and sea air — barley grown on northern fields and peat reek from local cut peat — the whisky carries the imprint of its island origin: maritime brine, heather smoke and a persistent, comforting warmth.
