這款くまんばち奇異果利口酒帶著活潑又討喜的果香,打開瓶蓋就能聞到鮮明的奇異果、青檸與花蜜氣息。入口是飽滿的果泥甜感與清爽酸度並行,口感圓潤綿密但不黏膩,尾韻帶一點草本清香,餘味清新而悠長。

生產者說明:由日本小型手工酒廠製作,採用鄰近果園手工挑選的成熟奇異果,以小批量、溫和萃取的方式保留果實原始香氣與風味。

釀造工藝:整顆果實浸漬於中性基酒中,控制時間與溫度進行慢速浸出,經過輕度過濾,盡量減少添加,讓果香變得純粹且有層次。

果園環境:果實來自氣候涼爽、排水良好的果園,當地栽培者重視採收時機以保留明亮酸度與香氣。飲用建議:冰鎮後單飲、配甜點或用於清新雞尾酒都很合適。


Lively and inviting, this kiwi liqueur from Kumanbachi captures the fruit’s bright, tangy charm in a silky-sweet spirit. Aromas of ripe kiwi, green citrus and a hint of floral honey lead to a mouth-coating palate of juicy tropical fruit, balanced acidity and a gentle herbal lift. The sweetness is pronounced but well-managed by fresh acidity, giving the liqueur a pleasant, lingering finish.

Producer notes: Crafted by a small Japanese fruit-liqueur house, fruit is hand-selected at optimal ripeness from nearby orchards to retain natural aromatics. The producer focuses on small-batch methods and gentle extraction to showcase the fruit’s character.

Winemaking notes: Whole-fruit infusion into a neutral spirit, followed by controlled maceration and light filtration. Minimal additives and careful temperature control preserve the kiwi’s fresh perfume and vivid flavors. Bottled at 720 ml for everyday enjoyment or cocktail use.

Vineyard/orchard notes: Fruit sourced from cool-climate orchards, where careful timing at harvest preserves lively acidity and aromatic intensity. The result is a clear, fruit-forward liqueur that works equally well chilled, over ice, or as the backbone of bright cocktails.
