麥卡倫限量四號呈現溫暖銅色，散發濃郁蜂蜜與鮮甜青蘋果氣息，緊接著是橙皮的清爽、薑與肉桂般的暖香。入口立刻以肉豆蔻、木香與綠丁香點燃味蕾，之後轉為柔滑的香草甘甜，酒體飽滿帶黏稠感，在口中慢慢鋪開。這款小批次作品由多種歐洲與美國橡木桶混合熟成，層次可見太妃糖、無花果與可可的深度，尾韻長且帶橡木甜香。建議倒入寬口杯靜置約10分鐘再品嚐，能更好地展現香氣變化。酒廠結合傳統釀造工藝與創新窖藏，從田野到桶房的細心管理讓這支酒有穩定而細緻的風貌。

Edition No.4 is the fourth annual release in The Macallan's series, a small-batch single malt that celebrates the distillery’s craftsmanship and its architectural renaissance. Colour is burnished copper; the nose opens with bold honey and a bright sweet apple note, then orange zest, ginger and nutmeg with subtle green-wood and floral undertones. The palate is immediately spiced—nutmeg, wood spices and green cloves—then calms into a viscous, vanilla-sweet mouthfeel with lingering oak. Matured in a selection of European and American oak casks, the profile shows toffee, figs, cocoa and sherry accents in places. Finish is long, fruity and oaky. Best enjoyed neat or with a few minutes in an open glass to let the layers breathe. Producer notes highlight the joining of historical mastery and a new distillery design, and the expression reflects careful cask blending and traditional distillation techniques.

The Macallan has been crafting single malt whisky since 1824 and is renowned for its focus on exceptional oak casks and meticulous maturation. Edition No.4 was produced as part of an annual limited series, blending spirits matured in a variety of European and American oak casks to create a distinctive, small-batch expression.
