這瓶2004年二牌 Reserve 帶出成熟黑果與深色漿果的鮮明印象,隨之而來的是雪松、微炭燒與香料盒的複合香氣。口感飽滿但不厚重,果實濃縮、單寧已經圓潤但仍有結構感,尾韻帶著礦物與微微煙燻,整體偏向成熟的古典波爾多風格。酒莊採用重力輸送的釀造流程,從入廠分離細膩的自由流汁與壓榨酒液,到精準控制橡木陳年(約12個月),每一步都為平衡與質感著想。葡萄園位於礫石為主的土壤上,排水良好,當地微氣候保護性佳,讓這支酒兼具力量與優雅。建議先醒酒約45分鐘,搭牛排、烤羊或風乾野味都很匹配。


This 2004 Reserve from Pichon Comtesse presents a deep ruby core with an aromatic bouquet of blackcurrant, crème de cassis, cedar and a hint of charcoal and spice-box. On the palate it is concentrated yet accessible: ripe dark fruit framed by polished, well-integrated tannins, graphite and tobacco notes that add savory complexity. The wine was made using a gravity-flow approach from reception to barrel, with careful separation of free-run and press fractions and precision pressing. Aged roughly 12 months in oak, it shows the Médoc’s classic mineral backbone derived from gravelly, well-drained soils and the estate’s protective microclimate. Best enjoyed after a moderate decant to round tertiary notes; pairs beautifully with grilled and roasted red meats or aged cheeses.
