【Distiller's & Production Notes】Distilled at Talisker on the Isle of Skye and released in collaboration with Parley for the Oceans, this single malt is matured in oak casks to develop vanilla and spice while preserving robust coastal peat and peppery notes. Bottled at 46% ABV to keep aromatic oils and texture vivid.

【Tasting Note / Sommelier's Note】On the nose: salty sea spray, smoked peat, citrus peel and toasted oak. On the palate: grip of black pepper and peat smoke, waves of brine and roasted vanilla, then a citrus lift. The mouthfeel is oily and warming, with a long, peppery, saline finish that recalls a windswept shoreline.
