A cool-climate expression from Coal River Valley showing lifted red fruit and floral aromatics over a subtle earthy undercurrent. On the nose, bright cherry and cranberry lift alongside rose petal and a pinprick of clove. The palate is graceful and finely textured — silky mid-palate with vivid acidity and gentle savoury edges, framed by light cedar oak and fine, powdery tannins. Winemaking favours small-batch, gentle extraction with careful oak maturation to preserve freshness and finesse. Serve slightly chilled after a short decant to open the aromatics; pairs beautifully with rich, umami-driven dishes or simply enjoyed on its own.
