Sommelier's Private Note: Fine persistent mousse releases aromas of white stone fruit, green apple and a hint of vanilla, then a wave of toasted brioche and subtle salinity on the finish. The palate is taut and energetic — bright acidity up front, a rounded mid-palate from extended lees contact, and a clean, persistent finish ideal for both aperitif and table service.

Winemaking & Vineyard: Made by traditional method with a high proportion of reserve wines and extended ageing in the house cellars. The maison’s extensive holdings across many top crus supply depth and consistency; long lees time in the cellars gives the cuvée its silky texture and aromatic complexity. Brut dosage (approx. 10.3 g/L) balances freshness and subtle richness.
