This limited-edition 2026 Remy Martin X.O. 'Year of the Horse' pairs the house's signature depth with an artist-designed bottle by Xue Song. On the nose it opens with layered notes of candied orange peel, dried apricot and toasted hazelnut, intertwined with vanilla, dark chocolate and gentle baking spice. The palate is plush and velvety — rich mid-palate fruit framed by warm oak and soft spice, finishing long and resonant. Producer notes: crafted from an extended selection of Fine Champagne eaux-de-vie and aged in French oak, this X.O. is a masterful blend by Remy Martin's cellar team, highlighting maturation, balance and complexity. Winemaking/winning blending: long ageing in small oak casks, careful marrying of multiple parcels and vintages, and meticulous tasting sessions to achieve the house style. Vineyard/context: sourced from the premier crus of the Fine Champagne area, where chalky soils and a cool maritime influence yield calm, elegant eaux-de-vie ideal for long ageing.
