Tasting note: Deep, aromatic coffee character greets the nose — concentrated espresso, dark chocolate and a touch of toasted caramel. On the palate it’s rich and syrupy, with velvety sweetness balanced by a subtle bitter roast and lingering mocha-vanilla notes. Producer notes: Made by Monin, the long-established French liqueur and syrup house, this coffee liqueur reflects the brand’s craftsmanship and focus on consistent, high-quality flavour. Winemaking notes: Created by macerating and infusing roasted coffee into a neutral spirit, then sweetened and finished with vanilla and caramel accents. The spirit is blended and filtered to achieve a smooth, polished texture and bottled at c.17% ABV. Vineyard / sourcing notes: While not a wine, the coffee beans used are selected from trusted coffee producers and partners; Monin emphasises careful selection and quality control to capture vivid roasted and aromatic coffee profiles. Service: Best enjoyed chilled, over ice, or as the coffee backbone in cocktails such as the Espresso Martini, or paired with rich desserts.
