2011 Chateau Lynch Bages

品飲筆記:酒色深沉,黑果香明顯,成熟黑醋栗、李子與黑莓交織,並有香菸、雪松與些許黑巧克力、甘草與香料氣息。入口濃郁但不厚重,單寧圓潤有力,酸度帶來清爽平衡,餘韻持久而帶礦物感。
酒莊說明:靚次伯評價2011年果實熟成佳,單寧細緻飽滿且兼具活力,整體風格經典、平衡感強。當年約六成六的最優果實入選酒莊主打酒款。
釀造工藝:採手工採摘並在葡萄園分選(9月12日至28日)。酒廠當年引入新去梗系統與光學分選,對較複雜地塊進行專門處理。橡木桶陳年15個月,約65%新桶,令香草與香料與果味融合。
葡萄園與風土:來自酒莊90公頃的波亞克地塊,典型的碎石與海洋影響土壤有助於單寧與果實成熟度的平衡。這款酒表現出酒莊穩健的結構與長期陳放潛力。
飲用建議:建議開瓶後醒約1–2小時(約90分鐘)讓香氣開展,搭配烤紅肉或成熟硬質起司最為對味。


Tasting note: A saturated ruby core with lifted dark-fruit aromas — blackcurrant, ripe plum and bramble — layered with tobacco, cedar and a touch of dark chocolate. The palate is concentrated and medium–full, showing polished yet firm, plump tannins and a refreshing backbone that keeps the wine balanced and elegant.
Producer notes: Château Lynch‑Bages highlights 2011 as a year of well-ripened fruit, fine plump tannins and good freshness that deliver classic Pauillac balance. Around two thirds of the top fruit went into the grand vin this vintage.
Winemaking: Hand-harvested and rigorously sorted (12–28 September). The cellar introduced a new de‑stemming line and optical sorting for the trickier plots. Matured 15 months in oak, ca. 65% new barrels, resulting in integrated oak and spice.
Vineyard: From the estate’s classic Médoc holdings (90 hectares) in Pauillac — a gravelly, maritime-influenced plateau that helps achieve ripe phenolics even in a mixed vintage. This 2011 shows the estate’s trademark structure and ageing potential.
Serve & decant: Open 60–120 minutes before serving (about 90 minutes recommended) to allow the tannins to soften and aromatics to lift. Cellar potential extends decades; approachable now with time in the glass.

Lynch‑Bages produces structured, ageworthy wines with a focus on balance, precision and oak integration.
