田地與水源：雖然不是葡萄酒，但原酒取材自日本山區清冽的泉水與不同地區的蒸餾廠，季節性氣候與木桶構成了風味的地域性。建議倒入杯中靜置約十分鐘，讓香氣打開後細細品味。這是一款適合獨酌或搭配奶油甜點、陳年起司與風乾肉品的優雅佳釀。

Appearance: deep amber with golden highlights. Nose: an elegant bouquet of stone and orchard fruits — peach, apricot and ripe melon — layered with floral notes of rose and lily and a hint of lemon leaf. Palate: rich and enveloping; toffee and vanilla lead into black cherry and glazed fruit, with polished Mizunara oak and warm sweet spices adding complexity. Finish: long, sweet-fruited with a lingering lychee-like echo and gentle spice.

Producer notes: Launched by Suntory to celebrate the house’s craft, Hibiki represents the pinnacle of Japanese blending — a carefully harmonised orchestra of malt and grain whiskies selected from Suntory’s distilleries. The 17-year expression is acclaimed for its balance of fruit, floral perfume and oak-driven depth.
