Hibiki 21 Year Old is the apex of Suntory’s blending artistry — a bronze-amber, 21‑year matured blended whisky that balances Japanese refinement with deep oak complexity. The nose opens with cooked and dried fruit — apricot, sultana and ripe banana — layered with caramel, vanilla and the distinct floral-spiced perfume of mizunara oak. The palate is nectarous and rounded: honeycomb, sandalwood and barley-sugar sweetness give way to dried citrus and a delicate, tatami-like incense note. Gentle smoke and fine wood spice frame a long, sumptuous finish. Meticulously blended from an array of malt and grain stocks and matured in multiple cask types, this is a ceremonial whisky for slow sipping and special moments.
