酒莊與生產：Mortlach 位於 Speyside，這款特別版以「原桶強度」入瓶，保留了酒體的集中度與原始風貌。Mortlach 向來以濃郁、略帶肉味的風格著稱，本次以精選桶材與小批次調配突顯果香、香料與橡木的平衡。
釀造與熟成：以本地麥芽釀造，採用多種成熟度適中的桶材細心陳放，以求深度與複雜度，最後不稀釋直接裝瓶，讓酒液的結構與風味完整呈現。

Tasting Note: Deep, concentrated nose of dried orchard fruits and orange marmalade layered over rich toffee, leather and cedar. On the palate it’s full-bodied and muscular — initial waves of stewed fruit and dark chocolate give way to savory, meaty umami, black pepper and warm baking spice. Oak tannin provides structure while the 58% cask strength delivers an intense, long, warming finish with lingering spice and a touch of dried citrus.
Producer & Distillery Notes: From Mortlach Distillery in Speyside, this Special Release is presented at natural cask strength to preserve the spirit’s concentrated character. Mortlach’s house style is famously robust and savory, and this release highlights that identity — careful cask selection and small-batch blending aim to balance fruit, spice and oak influence.
Production & Maturation: Distilled and matured in a curated selection of seasoned casks to achieve depth and complexity, then bottled at full strength. The result is a whisky that shows both concentrated fruit sweetness and a sinewy, meaty backbone — classic Mortlach structure with modern clarity.
Vineyard / Source Notes: Sourced from Speyside malted barley and the distillery’s local water, the spirit reflects the cool, steady maturation conditions of its region. While not a wine, its sense of place comes through in the grain purity, spring water minerality, and the careful handling of casks that impart the final aromatic and textural profile.
