【Sommelier's Notes】From the first swirl you get dense black plum and blackberry, then peppery spice and dark cocoa frames. Time in bottle has smoothed the edges—tannins are present but integrated, underlying leather and earthy savouriness linger through a long finish. Best opened and decanted for an hour to reveal tertiary complexity.

Two Hands Wines — founded by a partnership of passionate growers and winemakers, Two Hands focuses on small-lot Shiraz from premium South Australian sites. For this bottling the team led by winemaker Ben Perkins and viticulturist Travis Coombe sourced fruit from Langhorne Creek, combining ripe fruit intensity with careful oak ageing to produce ageworthy, regionally expressive wines.
