Tasting note

品飲筆記:來自安第斯山麓高海拔的酒園,開瓶即散發成熟果香、白桃與石果的甜美,伴隨柑橘皮與細緻香料氣息。入口奶油感明顯,飽滿卻不沉,清脆的酸度讓整體節奏輕快,尾韻帶有果膠般的多汁感與蜂蜜微甜,加上一抹礦感收尾。 酒莊說明:Gran Cuvée 以酒莊最高海拔的園區為主,並加入約15% 來自 Malleco 的果實以提升鮮活度,目的是在豐腴與爽脆之間找到平衡。 釀造手法:以細心的澄清與酒泥管理打造絲滑口感,適度陳桶與瓶陳使香氣與結構融合但不掩蓋果味亮度。 葡萄園環境:葡萄園坐落在通風良好、排水佳的石礫土壤,高晝夜溫差保留酸度與香氣,能讓果實在成熟同時保持清新線條。

Tasting note: From high-elevation estate sites near the Andes foothills in Pirque, this 2022 Gran Cuvée opens with concentrated aromas of ripe orchard and stone fruit, white peach and nectarine, bright citrus zest and subtle spice. The palate is creamy and fluid: a generous mid-palate texture balanced by energetic acidity that keeps the wine lively, finishing with juicy, honeyed and mineral notes. Producer notes: Espino Gran Cuvée is assembled largely from the estate’s highest vineyards (circa 900 m) with c.15% from Malleco to bolster freshness and tension — a deliberate blend to marry ripeness with vigour. Winemaking notes: Careful fermentation and lees management create a silky, cohesive mouthfeel. The wine sees measured maturation to integrate structure and spice while preserving aromatic clarity and freshness. Vineyard notes: Vineyards sit on well-drained, stony sites at altitude in Pirque; cool nights and mountain influence foster aromatic precision and lively acidity, underlining the vintage’s vibrant character.
