Winery
Delord 的歷史可以追溯到 1893 年,創始人 Prosper Delord 帶著蒸餾器巡田間釀製。酒莊在 Lannepax 擁有 45 公頃、分成 11 塊小園,園丁 Rinaldo 一年四季細心管理。窖藏逾千個橡木桶,最老年份會放在稱為「Paradise」的暗室裡的 Bonbonnes(玻璃罐)保存;蒸餾方面既保留了傳統連續式,也使用雙次蒸餾,然後在法國橡木中慢慢成熟。
Delord has roots back to 1893 when Prosper Delord travelled portable stills across farms. Today the estate farms 45 hectares around Lannepax in 11 parcels. Cellars hold over 1,000 barrels and older vintages are stored in bonbonnes in a dark 'Paradise' room. Delord practices both continuous and double distillation, then long oak maturation.
