Tasting note: Deep, focused aromas of black cherry and blueberry fold into black pepper, dark chocolate and toasted spice, backed by a cool mineral edge and a steely frame. On the palate it is medium–full, concentrated and tightly wound — cool, fine-grained tannins spread across the mouth, giving structure and a long, persistent finish. Producer notes: From Two Hands' single-vineyard 'Holy Grail' in Barossa Valley, this is a carefully selected small-batch wine crafted under the direction of Ben Perkins and owner Michael Twelftree, with viticultural input from Travis Coombe. It’s presented as a concentrated, age-worthy release with excellent cellar potential (drinking window c.2022–2032). Winemaking notes: Hand-harvested, parcel selection and gentle extraction preserve primary fruit while building structure.
