Tasting note: The 2021 Pitures opens with ripe, red-fruit aromas framed by savory, meaty and gently earthy tones. On the palate it is mouth-coating and concentrated, with firm, slightly rustic tannins and a dry, lingering finish — a classic, savory Volnay with energy and structure.
