Tasting Note: Bright lemon zest and white peach open the glass, followed by toasted almond, warm vanilla spice and a thread of flinty mineral. The palate is generously textured — creamy mid-palate and a rounded weight — lifted by fresh acidity and finishing with a saline, persistent aftertaste.
