This single‑parcel Clos Beru Monopole from Chateau de Beru shows the cool, precise character of Chablis: bright citrus and green apple aromas lead to a palate of lemon zest, pear and delicate white flowers framed by wet‑stone and chalky minerality. The saline edge and taut acidity keep the wine lively and focused, while lees contact adds a subtle texture without heaviness. Hand‑harvested from the estate’s monopole clos on classic Kimmeridgian soils, the wine is gently pressed and fermented cool with careful lees ageing to preserve purity and drive.
