A focused, classic example from Bougros Grand Cru: bright citrus and green apple aromas open onto a tensions-filled palate of wet stone, sea spray and crushed chalk. Floral top notes and subtle spice frame a core of steely acidity and saline minerality. The 2015 shows mature complexity—hints of toasted almond and a faint lees creaminess—while retaining a taut, racy backbone. Carefully vinified with low yields and attentive élevage, this wine is precise, long and excellent with shellfish and light creamy dishes.
