品飲筆記：酒體清朗，先是檸檬皮與青蘋果的明亮果香，伴隨白花與潮濕石頭的礦物氣息。入口鮮脆有張力，礦物感與一抹鹹味交織，尾韻乾淨且延伸。 酒莊小記：出自Les Clos這塊著名的特級園，酒莊重視田間管理與果實成熟度，目的是把這片石灰質斜坡的風土感呈現出來。 釀造方式：人工採收後以低溫發酵和細緻的澄清處理，酒泥陳年增添質感但刻意少用新桶，保持果酸與礦物的純淨。整體釀法偏向低干預，強調平衡與表現產地特性。 葡萄園與風土：Les Clos坡地陡峭，土壤含豐富的Kimmeridgian石灰層與燧石碎屑，排水良好且日照充足。年間產量不高，人工修剪與精細採收讓果實集中，帶出細緻的結構與悠長礦物尾韻。喝起來清爽適口，既能當下享用，也有繼續沉澱的潛力。

Tasting Note: Bright and focused, showing lemon zest, green apple and white flower aromas over a core of wet stone and chalky minerality. The palate is tensile and saline, with crisp acidity, citrus peel tension and a long, dry finish. Producer Notes: From the Les Clos Grand Cru slope, fruit is selected for concentration and clarity. The producer aims to express the site’s classic Kimmeridgian minerality and cool-climate freshness through gentle handling. Winemaking Notes: Grapes are hand-harvested, vinified with careful temperature control and matured on fine lees to add texture. New oak is used sparingly to preserve vibrancy; a mix of neutral oak and stainless steel keeps the focus on terroir. Minimal intervention and precise élevage result in a wine of purity and poise. Vineyard Notes: Les Clos sits on steep, sun-exposed terraces of Kimmeridgian limestone with flinty, calcareous soils that lend saline, stony notes and penetrating minerality. Low yields and meticulous vineyard work concentrate flavours and maintain freshness, producing wines built for both early appeal and medium-term ageing.
