這款蘇格登17年特別版，是一款平易近人又有層次的單一麥芽威士忌。聞香可感到蜜糖、熟蘋果和柑橘皮的清亮，伴隨香草、太妃糖與烤橡木的溫暖氣息。入口圓潤順滑，中段帶有焦糖、烤蘋果與溫和香料，口感有奶油般的麥芽質地，尾韻延展，橡木香與堅果味慢慢回甘。酒廠強調長時間在美國橡木與精選歐洲橡木桶中熟成，桶間精心混合以求果香與木質的平衡；裝瓶時保留充分酒精以保存香氣。生產上以本地大麥與純淨泉水為基礎，經過嚴謹發酵與蒸餾，儲放於可控倉庫中讓與橡木的互動穩定而細緻。建議純飲或加幾滴泉水，口感更開放，柑橘與花香會被喚醒。

A refined 17-year-old single malt from the Singleton special release series. The nose opens with honeyed malt, ripe orchard fruit and bright citrus zest, layered over vanilla, toffee and toasted oak. On the palate it’s smooth and rounded: caramel and baked apple meet gentle baking spice and a creamy malt texture, finishing long with warm oak spice and a dry, slightly nutty tail. Producer notes highlight long maturation in predominantly American oak with selected European oak influence; casks were married to balance fruit and oak and bottled at a robust strength to preserve flavour. Crafted with attention to fermentation and small-batch distillation, the whisky spends its maturation in monitored warehouses that allow steady interaction with the oak. Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of spring water to coax out citrus and floral notes.
