Crafted in the celebrated 2020 vintage from the deep gravel soils of Haut-Medoc, this wine is a masterclass in Left Bank balance and refinement. Sourced from an historic estate with centuries of winemaking heritage, the fruit undergoes stringent sorting before spending 15 months aging in fine French oak barrels. In the glass, it reveals an expressive core of dark cherries, ripe blackcurrants, and cocoa nibs, complemented by hints of cedar and wet stone. On the palate, vibrant acidity perfectly balances the medium-to-full body, framed by supple, finely-woven tannins that carry through to a long, mineral-driven finish. It punches well above its Cru Bourgeois status, offering immediate elegance with the structure to cellar with confidence.
