Grace’s Harvest comes from the sun-drenched rolling hills of Spain, shaped by harmony with nature and respect for the soil. “Harvest” celebrates the rewards of a year’s work, while “Grace” expresses gratitude for the land’s generosity. Through minimal intervention, the wine preserves the vineyard’s natural energy and warmth.

酒莊堅持低干預與永續農法，讓葡萄藤在生態平衡中自然生長。平均樹齡超過 30 年的葡萄藤由深根汲取西班牙土壤的礦物養分，葡萄在最佳成熟度以人工採收並逐串嚴選，再以精細微釀保留鮮活果香與自然酸度。

The estate embraces sustainable, minimal-intervention farming, allowing the vines to flourish in ecological balance. Deep-rooted vines averaging more than 30 years old draw mineral character from Spanish soils. Clusters are hand-harvested and carefully selected at peak ripeness, then micro-vinified to preserve lively fruit and natural acidity.
