試飲筆記:打開瓶蓋即可聞到柔和的香草、焦糖與甜木香,還有類似烤玉米與乾果的暖意。入口圓潤、奶油般的質地帶出太妃糖、烤堅果與微妙的香料尾韻,收結乾淨而帶暖。生產說明:Maker's Mark 的秘訣在於以軟質紅冬小麥取代傳統的黑麥,讓酒體更順、更圓潤;每一瓶在肯塔基 Loretto 的酒廠仍以人工封上招牌紅蠟。釀造與熟成:在新美國橡木燒炭桶中熟成,桶身會以手工翻轉並依口感來決定出桶時間(不是單看年份),因此呈現出穩定的香草與烘烤木香。田野背景:所用的玉米與小麥來自肯塔基周邊農田,搭配當地石灰岩淨化的礦泉水與溫和氣候,賦予成品那種穀物的甜香與柔和口感。

Tasting note: A classic Kentucky bourbon with an inviting nose of sweet oak, vanilla, buttered corn and bright dried fruit. On the palate it shows ripe caramel and toffee, roasted nuts and a gentle wheat-derived sweetness, finishing smooth and creamy with a pleasant soft spice. Producer notes: Maker's Mark reimagined bourbon by using soft red winter wheat in the mashbill rather than rye, producing a round, easy-drinking spirit. Every bottle is still hand-dipped in the distillery’s signature red wax. Winemaking/production notes: Distilled and matured in charred new American oak casks, barrels are rotated and the whiskey is aged to taste rather than a fixed timetable. The result is a consistent profile of vanilla, toasted oak and subtle spice at 45% ABV. Vineyard/field notes: Grain for the mashbill is sourced from the agricultural regions that surround Loretto, Kentucky — corn and wheat that, together with limestone-filtered local water and the region’s climate, give Maker's Mark its characteristic softness and sweet cereal notes.
