品飲筆記:淡金色澤、氣泡細緻綿密,先是花朵與烘焙麵包的香氣,接著跳出糖漬果、柑橘皮與杏餅的層次。入口爽脆、口感豐滿,檸檬皮的緊緻酸度與海鹽般的礦感把豐富烘烤、杏仁與香料風味撐起,餘韻悠長而清爽。 酒莊與釀造:自1843年Joseph Krug定下「每年都要釀出最佳香檳」的理念以來,Krug 一直以調配工藝聞名。這款第171版集合多年酒款與窖藏基酒,強調層次與可陳年性。 田地與採收:2015年基酒在炎熱但後段降雨的情況下成熟,酒莊搭配庫藏年份以補足活力與張力;多地塊的表現差異讓最終酒款更富多樣性。 釀造細節:以傳統瓶內二次發酵法製成,經數年瓶中陳放後釋出,劑量屬 Brut,未以橡木桶為主,保留純淨的果味與細緻口感。喝法建議短暫醒酒十至二十分鐘,更能展開香氣。

Tasting Note: Pale golden with a delicate, persistent mousse. Aromas open to floral blossom, toasted brioche, marzipan and gingerbread, then shift to citrus zest, quince and dried stone fruits. On the palate it is energetic and layered — bright lemon pith and saline minerality lift generous toasted and nutty notes, finishing long and refreshing. Producer & History: Krug’s Grande Cuvée is the House’s signature statement, born from Joseph Krug’s 19th-century vision to create the greatest expression of Champagne each year. The 171ème Édition continues that tradition: a complex, non-vintage assemblage designed to show generosity, depth and ageing potential. Winemaking: This Édition is a blend of 131 individual wines from 12 different years (youngest base from 2015; oldest back to 2000). The wine spent around seven years on the lees in Krug’s cellars before release. Produced by the Traditional Method with a Brut dosage and no oak maturation, the style emphasizes texture, precision and layered complexity. Vineyard & Harvest Notes: The 2015 base year experienced an unusually hot, dry summer followed by beneficial late August rains; parcels were selected alongside reserve library wines from cooler and fresher years to balance vivacity and tension. The result is a multi-vintage mosaic that captures both ripeness and freshness.
